Magical.....

Tuesday is here again and the fabulous weather continues I have had a stinking cold and cough so haven't been swimming but the good news for me is I have been able to go walking and I have been clocking up about 3½ to 4 miles a day :) so long may the warm weather last!

Over at Top Tip Tuesday this time we have Elaine hosting the challenge her chosen theme isMagical
Ie, Fairies, dragons something like that....

Our fabby sponsor is

For my card I have used a pre coloured image that I won a couple of years ago from Nicecrane Designs, I have added to the image by shading and adding a background design too.

 My Top Tip is
Add tracing paper over your papers to tone down the
colours to make it more pastel, you can see the centre flower is the same as the background green check but with the tracing paper over its muted.

The Flower is handmade just circles using my Nestie dies, I have sewn the tracing paper into place and this also adds some texture and the Blue pearls were white ones I have coloured with spectrum Noir pens.

Here are some challenges I am playing:

A & T Emerald Faeries -  Hip Hip Hooray ~ Birthday
Bearly Mine -  Let's go digital
Cards Galore Encore - Use a Digi or Rubber Stamp
Crafts and Me - Add Wings
Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper – Anything goes with Patterned Paper
2 Cute Ink Challenge -  Kids
Card Mania -  Circles
Cutie Pie Challenge - Cute Digi
Simon Says Stamp Monday - Make something from scratch - The Flower

Have a great rest of the week
hugs me x

  14. Samantha, I hope you feel better now. It's been fab weather and your card is delightful. It looks very light and sweet. Colours are beautiful together and sewing is a very good method to put things together and also embellishes the creation.
